Marketing leadership that ships. Not another agency invoice.

I'm a fractional CMO for local businesses that need six-figure marketing outcomes without the six-figure hire. Strategy, paid ads, SEO, content, and analytics — all executed by me, all powered by proprietary AI I built for this work.

Strategy + execution, one person

Most agencies split strategy and execution across five people. I do both. Fewer handoffs, faster iteration, no telephone-game between what you paid for and what got shipped.

Proprietary AI platform

I built Cruxdata — a marketing operating system that automates ~80% of what a traditional agency team does. That means I can run more of your marketing personally, deeper.

Real-time client dashboard

You get a live view into every campaign, every metric, every action item — no more waiting until the 5th for last month's PDF.

The math on marketing

You need six-figure marketing. You don't need a $200k CMO.

Three ways to get marketing done. Only one of them makes sense for a growing local business.

Option A
$18k+/mo
Full-time in-house CMO
Salary + benefits + tools + junior hires. Great if you're doing $10M+ ARR. Overkill (and unaffordable) otherwise.
Option B
$8–15k/mo
Traditional marketing agency
Layered team: account manager → strategist → junior executor. You pay for the layers. Strategy conversations rarely reach the person actually doing the work.
Option C
$3–10k/mo
Fractional CMO with a platform
One person, senior, doing the strategy AND the execution. AI handles the volume; I handle the judgment. No layers, no lag.
What I do

A full marketing function, from one operator.

Seven services, all executed personally, all instrumented in real time on your Cruxdata dashboard.

i

Paid Ads — Google & Meta

Campaign strategy, ad copy, creative direction, launch, and daily optimization on both platforms.

Search & PMax on Google  ·  Feed & Reels on Meta  ·  Daily AI-driven optimizations with human sign-off  ·  Learning-phase protection and budget guardrails
ii

SEO & Local Search

Rank higher for the searches that actually drive revenue, plus Google Business Profile management for local visibility.

Technical audits + monthly action items  ·  Content briefs written for how your customers search  ·  GBP posts, reviews, Q&A  ·  Local citations & NAP consistency
iii

Content & Creative

Websites, landing pages, blog posts, ad creative, email — all written in your voice, all built to convert.

Full multi-page websites via Cruxdata Website Builder  ·  Campaign-specific landing pages  ·  Ad creative variations for A/B testing  ·  Brand voice locked in from day one
iv

Conversion Optimization

Every visitor you pay to acquire is worth twice as much when your site converts twice as well. That's the game.

Landing page audits with prioritized fixes  ·  Form drop-off analysis  ·  A/B testing on headlines, CTAs, offers  ·  Session recording & heatmap review
v

Attribution & Analytics

End real "we don't know what's working." Multi-touch attribution stitches your leads and revenue back to the channels that actually earned them.

GA4 + Search Console + CRM stitching  ·  LTV and payback period per channel  ·  Monthly executive reports  ·  Anomaly detection with root-cause analysis
vi

Outbound & Lead Gen

Not everyone finds you through ads. Cold email, LinkedIn, and referral engines that build pipeline while your ads warm the bottom of the funnel.

Personalized cold email at scale  ·  LinkedIn connection + outreach sequences  ·  Reply routing + auto-CRM entry  ·  Referral partner nurture
vii

Automation & CRM

Every lead nurtured. Every review responded to. Every follow-up sent. The volume that kills small marketing teams — handled.

GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Pipedrive integration  ·  Review request + response automation  ·  Lead scoring + routing  ·  Client-facing dashboards
The unfair advantage

Cruxdata: the marketing OS I built to do this work.

Most fractional CMOs are one person with a laptop and Google Sheets. I'm one person with a laptop and a full custom-built AI platform that runs 24/7 in the background. That's why I can charge less than an agency and still deliver more.

  • Live dashboard for every client — real-time metrics, no PDF wait
  • AI-driven daily optimizer flags underperformers before they burn budget
  • End-to-end ad publishing: strategy → approval → live in Google/Meta
  • Auto-synced GA4, Search Console, GBP, CRM data
  • Anomaly detection: "why is CPA up 30% this week?" answered in seconds
  • Client onboarding, reports, and communication all in one place
How engagements run

Three phases, no month-long onboarding.

Real work in week one. Compounding results by month three.

Weeks 1–2

Audit + strategic plan

Deep audit of every channel, every current campaign, and your website. You get a clear-eyed picture of what's working, what's broken, and what the next 90 days need to look like.

Weeks 3–8

Build + launch

New campaigns live. Website conversion issues fixed. Attribution wired up. SEO fundamentals shipped. This is where most of the heavy lift happens.

Month 3+

Optimize + compound

Weekly optimizer runs, monthly executive reports, quarterly strategy resets. This is where the compounding kicks in — every month makes the next month cheaper and more effective.

Engagement tiers

Straight-forward pricing. No AM surcharges.

Retainer, month-to-month after the first 90 days. Ad spend billed separately.

About

I've been running marketing for local businesses for a decade. Somewhere along the way I got tired of watching agencies deliver 20% of what they promised for 100% of the fee.

So I built Cruxdata — the platform I wished existed — and started offering my time as a fractional CMO instead. One senior operator, one platform doing the heavy lifting, honest pricing, live dashboards.

I work with medical aesthetics, dental, chiropractic, sports medicine, home services, and boutique fitness — businesses doing $500k to $10M in revenue that need real marketing leadership without adding a six-figure salary.

Portland, Oregon. Working with clients across the U.S.

Common questions

The stuff people ask before hitting book.

Am I actually going to work with you, or someone junior?

Me. Every call, every strategy decision, every ad launch. That's the whole model. The AI does the volume; I do the judgment. You don't get handed to a 24-year-old account manager after month one.

How is this different from just hiring an agency?

Three ways. First, no layered team means faster iteration and lower fees. Second, I own the platform doing the automation — most agencies use off-the-shelf tools with the same limits everyone else has. Third, I'm accountable to you directly. If something isn't working, you tell me, not a project manager.

What if I already have an agency or in-house marketer?

Depends on how well it's working. Many of my engagements start as an audit — I come in for 30 days, produce a clear-eyed report on what's working and what isn't, and you decide whether to keep the current setup, replace it, or run parallel. No pressure, no long contract.

What industries do you work with?

Local businesses primarily — medical aesthetics, dental, chiropractic, sports medicine, fitness studios, home services, boutique retail. Any business where the customer is close by, the purchase decision is high-consideration, and there's real revenue on the table.

What are the contract terms?

90-day minimum for the initial engagement (audit + build phases), then month-to-month. Ad spend is billed separately by the platforms, not marked up. No cancellation fees, no lock-ins after 90.

Can I see the Cruxdata dashboard?

Yes — I'll walk you through it on our first call. Live demo, real client data (anonymized), so you can see exactly what you'd be getting into.

Do you take equity?

Not typically, but I'm open to hybrid arrangements for the right early-stage or high-growth business. Talk to me.

Ready?

Let's see if this is a fit.

30-minute intro call. I'll ask about your business, your current setup, and what you're actually trying to grow. If I can help, I'll tell you how. If I can't, I'll say that too.
